Thank you for choosing our products! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied after receiving your item, we offer returns and exchanges. Please follow the policy below:
You may request a return within 90 days from the date you receive your product. The returned item must be in new, unused condition, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. If the product meets the return conditions, you may return it via FedEx (with signature service) to ensure the safe return of the product. Please note that personalized items and items purchased during special promotions or discounts are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@thecreatet.com. In your email, include photos or videos showing the product is in new, unused condition with intact packaging, ensuring it does not affect resale. Once we review your return request and approve it, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will need to print the label and attach it to the outer packaging, then wait for the courier to pick up the item. For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping cost, as well as the actual shipping cost of the initial order, will be the responsibility of the customer, and these costs will be deducted from the refund.
If you receive an item that is not as described, defective, or damaged during shipping, you may request an exchange or free replacement parts. This includes: Items not as described: Products that significantly differ from the website images or descriptions.Defective items: Products that cannot be used due to manufacturing issues, though there is no obvious external damage.
Shipping damage: Products that are damaged due to logistics issues during shipping.
For the above situations, you may request an exchange or replacement parts. If you request an exchange, you will need to place a new order for the required product. The delivery time for the new product will be based on your new order, and the original item will be processed according to the return process. Please note that items damaged due to incorrect assembly or improper use are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Regarding refunds, if your order has not been processed yet, we will process your refund within 3 business days, and the refund will be returned to your original payment method. For orders that have already been shipped, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
For return and exchange processing times, once we receive your return request, we typically complete the review and arrange for a courier pick-up within 3 business days. If you are requesting an exchange, you will need to place a new order, and the original product will be processed according to the return process. The shipping time for the new product will follow the new order's schedule.
