We ship from our location at Los Angeles, California to all contiguous US states.

For peak seasons like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other holidays, shipping costs are likely to increase.

For example, with the TWP products, the shipping cost for the TWP-GC-2, which is larger in size, will increase by around $120 during the peak season. In contrast, during the off-season, the cost is only $60. Similarly, the shipping cost for the TWP-GC-3 will rise to $40 in the peak season, but only $30 during the off-season.
These fluctuations in shipping costs are largely determined by the price changes set by the logistics companies we work with.

If you enjoy our products, we highly recommend placing your orders during the off-season to avoid the higher shipping rates typically seen in the peak season.

Yes, the product packaging is secure! Our packaging design has undergone multiple drop tests to ensure that the product arrives safely during transit!

You can check your order details through your shopping cart, email confirmation, or by accessing the "Order History" under "My Account." Please monitor the progress of your order regularly. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after ordering.

Delivery takes 3-6 business days after placing the order (24 hours for processing and 2-5 business days for shipping). Expedited shipping is not available.

If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel or modify it directly on our profile for a full refund.

If your order has already been processed, please contact customer service for cancellation. The refund will be issued minus a $25 fee to cover the costs incurred during the order interception.

If your order has been processed or shipped and you need to change the address, please contact customer service. A $24 fee will be charged to cover the address modification costs.

If your order has already shipped and you want to cancel it, please contact customer service. They will initiate a return request. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed, minus the outbound and return shipping fees and a $25 handling fee. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.
