All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We use FedEx to deliver our orders. The shipping carrier will provide a tracking number, and we will update your order with the tracking information, which you can check by logging into your account.

Shipping fees are based on the weight, dimensions of your products, and your shipping address. For orders within the contiguous United States (48 states), the shipping fee is at a fixed rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
The following addresses cannot be delivered to: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
