When will my pre-order ship?
Fairytale Weaving Board pre-orders are expected to ship approximately 6–8 weeks after purchase. We will contact you if the estimated schedule changes.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States. For international availability, please email our team before ordering.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated and shown during checkout before payment.
Can I change an order?
Email info@thecreatet.com as quickly as possible. Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible.

What age range is it designed for?
Children over 36 months and under 12 years. Adult supervision is required at all times.
How should it be installed?
Secure the product to a suitable wall using the included guide and appropriate anchors. Never use it while unsecured or leaning against a wall.
How should I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, soaking, heavy friction, and prolonged direct sunlight.
What warranty is included?
A one-year limited warranty applies. Review the warranty and return policy for complete coverage and exclusions.
